Mesirow
Mesirow, an employee-owned financial services firm, has added Alex Gordon as wealth advisor.
Gordon brings experience in financial planning and analysis for high net worth individuals and multi-generational families. He is joining a team that includes Lee Gordon, senior managing director and Stephanie Feldman, managing director.
In March, Mesirow made appointments in its alternative credit team.
Endeavor
Endeavor, a SEC-registered wealth management firm, has added two former Northern Trust senior figures as new partners: Adam Brennen and Philip Armes. Brennen is also president, and Armes is director of business advisory.
“We are laser-focused on a more personalized client experience – a view shared by both Philip and Adam. As a group, we have managed billions in client investment assets and even more when considering operating family-owned businesses and directly held assets,” Colter Lewis, founder and CEO, Endeavor, said.
Brennen has more than 20 years of industry experience. In his previous role at Northern Trust, he led the greater Houston region as a member of the executive leadership team.
Armes helps entrepreneurs navigate mergers, acquisitions, and other business transitions, from pre-transaction planning to post-sale wealth management. Previously, he was senior vice president at Northern Trust Wealth Management, leading business development for the Houston office.
Raymond James
Raymond James has brought in former Wells Fargo financial advisors Marcus Jones, Eric Sommers, Michael Foster and Christine Rutherford to its employee advisor channel in Perrysburg, Ohio.
At Wells Fargo, the team ran $769 million in client assets. The team – operating as Foster Jones Sommers Investment Group of Raymond James – is joined by senior registered client service associate Christie Watson and client service associate Abbey Cymbola.
